The Classic Bed, Essential Bed, Classic Daybed, Classic Headboard, The Nightstand, Pedestal Side Table, C Side Table, Nest Dresser, Nest Nightstand, Nest Nightstand Low, Nest Nightstand Open, Nest Credenza, Pillar Bookshelf, and Classic Underbed Drawers are built to last and backed with lifetime warranties. The Hybrid Mattress is covered by a 15-year warranty. The Sheet Sets and Marbled Wool Rug are covered by one-year warranties. At this time, we don’t offer a warranty on any other items. What is Thuma's return policy?

We want everyone to love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you'd like to initiate a return, we're here to help. For the Classic Bed, Essential Bed, the Classic Headboard, Pillowboard, the Classic Nightstand, the Nest Dresser, the Nest Credenza, the Nest Shelving, the Pillar Bookshelf, the Nest Nightstand, Nest Nightstand Low, the Nest Nightstand Open, The Rug, the Classic Bedside Tray, Pedestal Side Table, C Side Table, Classic Headboard Cushion, Pillowboard Covers, Felt Underbed Bin, Classic Underbed Drawer, and Felt Bins we offer a 100 Day Trial for your first purchase. Reach out within the 100 Day Trial and we'll set up a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be sent back in their original packaging. Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund. For the Hybrid Mattress, we offer the same 100 Day Trial, but because your body can take a few weeks to adjust to a new feel and support level, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days to give yourself the full experience. If after 30 days you're still not satisfied, please reach out to our concierge team. For the Gift Card, Felt Sleeve, and all of the Gift Shop items, we do not accept returns. As Premium Delivery is a service, we unfortunately cannot refund the Premium Delivery fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or defective returns, such as return label tampering, at our sole discretion. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact our concierge team at help@thuma.co within five days of receiving your delivery confirmation email so that we can initiate a trace with our delivery partner. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or misdelivered orders in lieu of replacements.

Yes! The slip cover is easily removable and washable so that it's easy to keep things fresh. For best results, wash cold and hang dry, or dry clean as needed.
