Materials
100% upcycled wood with natural imperfections and distinctive wood grains and knots.
Pre-applied, cork-padded bottoms for floor protection and extra cushion.
Double-strength slats lined with eco-fi felt made from recycled plastics for durability and sound reduction.
Slats lock into place to prevent slipping and mattress movement. Spaced for optimum mattress support and breathability.
Two hand-tightened screws.
Pillowboards are crafted from premium CertiPUR-US® certified foam with interchangeable, washable covers.
Pillowboards sit perfectly on the back of the frame between the mattress and the wall.
GREENGUARD Gold certified for cleaner indoor air.
Care
A soft cloth for cleaning is recommended.
Avoid moisture and keep out of direct sunlight.
Oil-based finish will develop a beautiful patina over time.
For the Pillowboard Cover, wash cold and hang dry, or dry clean as needed.
The Essential Daybed is GREENGUARD Gold certified, meaning it’s undergone extremely thorough testing for chemicals and has been scientifically proven to meet some of the world’s most rigorous third party emissions standards.
